Peer-to-peer cash systems proved we could remove financial middlemen, yet the data we use and depend on remains trapped in corporate clouds, frozen in opaque AI models, or in a black hole of blockchain data. Search results, knowledge resources, and even "facts" we rely upon are increasingly curated by models controlled by a handful of entities. This is not a path to empowerment; it is a blueprint for control.
ANNE presents a new paradigm: a personal data sovereignty platform and a distributed application protocol with a new type of hybrid network. At its core is the ANNODE, a personal server + blockchain node + neuromorphic hypergraph that runs locally on any computer, giving users direct control over their apps, local data, and shared data resources. ANNODES connect via a peer-to-peer mesh. They form an ALT-DATA-NETWORK capable of replacing many traditional client-server backends, enabling truly decentralized applications and services.
The neuromorphic hypergraph, a semantic, queryable data layer using 1SCHEMA, is designed for human collaboration and serves as a native substrate for future artificial general intelligence efforts.

ANNE is decentralized OSINT. With the ANNE worldview and collaboration information is processed from diverse distributed public data sources and aggregated into ANNE's unified worldview. This brings the power of OSINT into a decentralized and distributed environment. Combined with local privacy focused data, a powerful tool is available to anyone via querying their ANNODE at the base layer. This enables rapid, tamper resistant analysis of scattered information without relying on centralized servers that empowers independent investigators with fast private local searches while enhancing data control and ethical considerations. We donβt all need to collect and gather and process the same exact βpublicβ data in order to use it. It can be ready for applications, programs and people to digest and use via the ANNODE and ANNEβs worldview.
ANNE's Proof of Space Time is a new unique approach to mining to remove the need for rollbacks and reorgs and to deter centralization via pools. Nodes use PoW to mine and Proof of Space Time to validate. This combination hardens against network attacks and even eliminates some standard challenges that most chains face without compromising the integrity of the project. There are 2 tiers of mining, SOLO and SHARE mining, a miner must choose which to compete for. SOLO mining is your typical big dog mining, SHARE mining is aimed at smaller miners who compete for 7 SHARE miner rewards every every 4 out of 5 blocks. See full details in the ANNE Wiki Mining Page.
Numiner is a Layer One 100% payout nume miner, the aim is to mine Numes and combine them to create a Numestone and receive 50% of the Numestone fund, which would amount to 1 BILLION ANNE coins for the first Numestone creator. Each nume mined also comes with a coin reward, and there is a consolation coin reward for matching just 2 numbers. Users must match numbers from their mining entry to the blockID that mines the entry. Match the numbers and mine a Nume either a mini, mid, big or full and climb the numiner ranks. In ANNE you can use your ANNE coins to generate more ANNE coins, earn revenue by sponsoring neurons and relons in the ANNE worldview hypergraph. Each time a neuron is "fired" the sponsor of the fired neuron will receive some ANNE coins. Neuron sponsorships can be Annex'd from their current sponsors at any time with algorythmic pricing and boostie protection, providing orderly price discovery and gainz for all at every Annex.
