Before ANNE was a native L1 data chain early iterations of ANNE (not called ANNE) were used in real world projects. The initial spark of inspiration came from work at an AGI startup from 2006-2010. US Patents were granted during that time but they are no longer applicable. A novelty gematria application was made while lead dev Mr.Scatman was under non-compete with the AGI startup. Later uses of the neuromorphic hypergraph were applied in the healthcare data space in business intelligence support and even a novelty movie recommendation site. It was from this use of ANNE + blockchain that it became clear P2P Cash chains were not the right fit to maximize the neurmorphic hypergraph. ANNE needed..... ANNE. A P2P Semantic Data System.
